She was predeceased by : her husband James Carter; her sons, Terry Sharpe and Edward Carter; and her grandsons, Kevin Sharpe and Michael Carter.
She is survived by : her children, Rhonda Carter Eaton (Ron), Ronald Carter and Barry Carter (Tracy); and her sister Norma Beck. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandson.
