With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred L. Carlisle of Merrillville, Indiana, who passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carlisle and Sadie Carlisle; his children, Sue Nashkoff and Sammy Carlisle; his siblings, Frank, Fred Carlisle, Ruth Hurst and Mary Harbottle; his granddaughter Alyssa Alvardo; and his great grandchild Alaina Grede.

He is survived by: his wife Delphia Carlisle; and his children, Brenda Chodor (Michael), Timothy Carlisle (Rachel), Kim Carlisle and Pamela Grede (Phillip). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
