With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Adams of Merrillville, Indiana, born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Titus and Mildred Titus; and her siblings, Bill Titus, Richard Titus and Betty Korhonen.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Adams; her daughters, Susan Whitley (Phillip) and Juliene Smith (Chuck); her grandchildren, Ryan Dyer of Dallas, Texas, Dr. William Costakis, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio, John Costakis of Detroit, Michigan, Melissa Mercado (Cesar) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Tyler Whitley of Crawford, Texas, Patrick Whitley (Tiffany) of Hewitt, Texas, Aubree Smith and Charlie Smith; her great grandchild Wyatt Whitley; and her siblings, Robert Titus, Janice Mueller, Anna Dickson and Nancy Soards.
Considering our father's age and health, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to the visitation and funeral.
