She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Roy and Myrtle Polston; her brother William Leroy Polston (Bud); her nephew Mark Polston; and her sister-in-law Nella Polston.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Sandee Hamrick (Polston), Jeffrey Polston and Brian Polston.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Betty's name to Nazarene World Missions.
