It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diamando Proimos (Merrillville, Indiana), who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Panagiotis Proimos. She is survived by: her siblings, Christos, Maria and Georgia; and her sons, Gus (Sue Ann), Andy (Janet) and Vange Proimos (Anna). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, her three great-grandchildren and dozens of nieces and nephews.
Interment will be private. The family asks that all attendees wear masks and maintain social distance regardless of vaccination status.
