She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Trzaska; her parents, Walter Jasinski and Anna Jasinski; and her siblings, Richard Jasinski and Ruth Gergotz.

She is survived by: her children, James Trzaska (Candace), Alan Trzaska, Deborah Hayworth (Rob), Patricia Hennings (Lee) and William Trzaska (Barb); and her siblings, Betty Penner, Bernice Schmidt (Bob), Florence Delewski, Carol Randazzo and Norman Jasinski (Helene). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
