She was predeceased by: her husbands, James Hoy and Vernon H. Schweitzer; her parents, John N. Mager and Lucia Mager; and her brothers, Robert and Marvin Mager.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Hoy (Nancy) of Uniontown, OH, Cheryl Kleist (late Larry) of St. John, IN, Jim Schweitzer of Crown Point, IN and Wayne Schweitzer (late Kathy) of Crown Point, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
