He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Gilea; his parents, Nick Gilea and Kristina Gilea; and his siblings, Paul, Ben, Pete Gilea and Dorthy Pavel.
He is survived by: his children, Georgan Yuha (Larry), Pat Houston, George Gilea Jr. and Carol Harvey; and his brother Bo Walker. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
