She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; her parents, Joseph Lazorik and Mary Lazorik; her brother Richard Lazorik; and her great grandchild Molley Lanham.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Titak, Nancy Krull (Steve) and Marlene Maxey (Tony); her grandchildren, Stacy Spejewski (Mark), Kevin Krull, Christopher Maxey (Hannah) and Melissa Slabaugh (Nick); her great grandchildren, Lauren Lanham, Lindsey Lanham, Alexis Maxey, Sebastian Maxey, Ethan Slabaugh, Mallory Slabaugh, Owen Slabaugh, Ellie Slabaugh, Logan Spejewski and Madison Spejewski; and her brother Joseph Donald Lazorik. She is also survived by her family, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
