He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Misner and Elizabeth Misner; and his son Mark Thanos. He is survived by: his wife Sophie Misner; his daughter Alexis Coady (Terry); his grandchildren, John Thanos (Amanda), Michael Thanos, Josh Gaboian, Chad Coady and Dr. Corrie Papalia (Dominic); his great grandchild Mark Shane Thanos; his parents-in-law, Chris Condo (Yvonne), Tess Bereolos and Fran Drodz (Stan); his sister Janet Misner; and his daughter-in-law Victoria Thanos. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in James' name to a charity of one's choice.
