He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his pet Samson; his children, Doris Dixon, James Mumford, Jr. (Lavater), Mercury Mumford (Trisha) and Scherida Vaughn (Byron); and his stepchildren, Tony Mark and Monique Patterson (Robert). He is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and relatives.
