It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Danyi Jr. (Merrillville, Indiana), who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Harriet J. Herr Danyi; his parents, Joseph J Danyi Sr. and Clara Georgei Danyi Homoki; and his sisters, Margaret Verplank and Elizabeth Johannsen.

He is survived by: his children, Jean Danyi, Joseph Danyi, Garry Danyi and Patricia Leonard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
