It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois M. Putman of Merrillville, Indiana, who passed away on February 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Gracie; her children, William Deem and Gracie Petty (Dennis); her grandson Steven Deem; and her son-in-law Bruce Hefner.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Putman; her children, Richard Deem (Diana), Bonnie Latulip (Del), Renee Henderson (Rob), Laura Hafner, Annette Pettigrew (George) and Suzanne Brandt (Eric); her siblings, Sandy Bailey and Ola Sebree; and her daughters-in-law, Sherry Deem, Buma, Zaya and Lois. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren; 2 great-great- grandchildren.
