She was predeceased by: her husband William John Gay; her children, Linda Parker and William T. Gay; her grandson-in-law Garry Whorton; her parents, Thomas Neff and Rose Neff; her sisters, Virginia Swearingen and Helen Johnson; and her siblings' children, Lee Thomas, Judy Myron, Jerri Bontempt and Don Johnson.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Tracy Whorton; and her great grandchildren, Billy, Rusty Cherry and Andy Thomas.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Traditions Hospice of Indiana.
