She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her children, Bonnita Drake (Christopher DeArmond), Autumn Harney (Michael), Phillip Komisarcik II (Kellie) and Katie Lewis (Jeremy Hudson); her grandchildren, Dustin, Myles, Luke Drake, Kayla, Nicholas, Adam Harney, Brynn, Ethan, Cole Komisarcik, Wyatt McCarty and Zoey Lewis; her great grandchild Deacon Drake; and her brothers, William Skaggs (Marcia) and Clelly Skaggs (Crystal). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
