He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Tibbetts Sr. and Elsie Tibbetts (Wehmeyer). He is survived by: his sons, Jerrod Tibbetts (Deborah) of Blooming Grove and Marco Tibbetts of Metamora, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ashley Tibbetts, Andrew Tibbetts, Hunter Tibbetts and Kelly Knecht; his great grandchildren, Zowie, Aubrianna, Zaiden, Braxton and Chelsea; his uncle Gene Tibbetts; and his sibling's children, Robert Hayes, Chuck Tibbetts, Coleen Meyer, Chris Meyer, Teresa Tibbetts and Billy Tibbets.
