He was predeceased by: his parents, Bleve C. Allen and Edith O. Allen (Burch); and his siblings, Wilma Wireman, Teri Wilson and Isham Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Wyatt; his children, Morgan Allen of Metamora, Lavonne Hall of Bakersfield, California, Duane Allen of Bakersfield, California and Matthew Allen of Bakersfield, California; and his siblings, Jean Ott of Metamora, Sharon Rasner of Connersville, Delbert Allen of Metamora, Melvin Paul Allen of Metamora and Walter Allen of Brookville, Indiana. He is also survived by six grandchildren as well as one great-grandchild.
