It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Strong-Richardson (Michigan City, Indiana), who passed away on January 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douvert T. Greenwade and Rosie L. Greenwade; her siblings, Charlie, Earnest, Joseph, Jesse, Lorraine, Mary Alice, Rosemary and Fannie; and her great grandchild Alijah.
She is survived by: her husband Amos Richardson Jr; her daughter Denise Greenwade; her grandchildren, James, DeVonte, Jordan, Kiana, Kiara, Corde and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Anastasia, Alannah, Alaric, KaMani, Alandis, Dante, Cortez, Gavyn, DeMiya, Cyncere, Mason and Josiah; her siblings, Lillian Linton of Maggie Smith, Pat Collins, Robert Perkins, Arthur Strong, Bennie Greenwade and Willie Greenwade; and her sister-in-law Lucille Harris. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
