With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Honore Elkins of Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett L. Wardean and Norma Wardean (Sutherlin); her husband Thurman E. Elkins; and her sister Darlene Cowden-Runion. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Stahl (Bruce) of Michigan City, Indiana; her sister Sarah Lee (Robert); her grandchildren, Tyler Stahl, Spencer Stahl and Parker Stahl (Gina); her great grandchild Leona Stahl; her sibling's children, Suzie Adey (George), Bob Cowden (Kelley) and Kate Sobecki (AJ); her son Scott; her uncle Bud; her aunt Anna Sutherlin; and her children, Jordon Corulli, Thane Sutherlin, Austin Gouldin and Riley Sutherlin.
