He was predeceased by : his mother Olga Bluzma (Milkerait); and his grandson Trevor Cox. He is survived by : his wife Dawn Bluzma (Barnes); his daughters, Kimberly Cox (Dave) and Bethany Fulford (Patrick); his grandchildren, Grace, Shelby and Chase Fulford; and his sister Ingrid Anderson.
