She was predeceased by: her parent William Meadows; her husband Charles Tipton; her son John Luck; her siblings, Norma Blevins (Birl), Delbert Meadows (Ethel), Willie Meadows, James Meadows, Leslie Meadows (Linda) and Michael Meadows; and her granddaughter Heather Peacock.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Pulaski of Michigan City; her sisters, Margie Reynolds (Allan) of Bear, DE and Rosa Shumate (Tommy) of West Virginia; her grandson Jimmy Pulaski (Kelsey); her great grandchild Kaden Pulaski; Keaton.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Westville Cemetery.
