He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius Calderone and Nancy Calderone (Dabkovich); and his sister Kelly Hopp. He is survived by: his siblings, Denean Calderone of Michigan City and Ignatius Calderone; and his nieces and nephews, John O'Banion of Michigan City, Connor O'Banion of Fish Lake, Mark Hopp, Angela La Joie and Ginamarie Crain. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and cherished friends.
