We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2022, at the age of 73, Theresa Maria Pettichord (Michigan City, Indiana), born in Niagara Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Slesinski and Sophie Slesinski (Rados); her sister Phyllis Sekula; her niece Betty Ann Sekula; and her great-nephew Sean Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Don Pettichord; her daughters, Dr. Amy Benjamin and Jody Nielsen (Donny); her grandchildren, Brandon Benjamin, Brittny Benjamin, Sean Nielsen, Michael Nielsen and Tyler Nielsen; her brother Thaddeus Slesinski (Marilyn); and her sibling's child Kim McNabb. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
