We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2022, at the age of 59, Barbara Ann Stevens of Middlebury, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Andrew Warren Stevens; and her sister Nancy C. Clouse. She is survived by : her parents, David Clouse and Winona Clouse (Krenke); her children, Andrew Stevens of Breckenridge, CO, Eric Stevens of Breckenridge, CO and Ashley Chhuon (Chacriyar) of Niles, MI; and her siblings, David D. Clouse and Jennifer Crocker (Dexter) of Mishawaka.

Memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
