He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Fortier and Frieda Fortier (Lange); his wife Ragene Fortier (Schwartz); and his daughter Cheryl Miller. He is survived by: his children, Steven Fortier (Kelly) of Apache Junction, Edward B. Fortier (Deanna) of Goshen and Mary Humphrey (Brian) of Elkhart; and his sisters, Louise and Lori. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
