He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Collins and Dorothy Collins (Jecker); and his siblings, Melvin Haycraft and Wilma Carrier. He is survived by: his wife Renee A. Collins; his children, Shannon K. Collins of Palmyra, Thomas Devine of Louisville, Kentucky, Alicia Sochon of Torrington, CT and Brittney Cloud of Empire, Alabama; and his siblings, Elmer Collins Jr. (Maria) of Louisville, Kentucky and Marlene Diebold (Ray) of New Salisbury, Indiana. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 nieces and nephews.
