He is survived by: his wife Barbara Briar; his sons, Brian Scott and Blair Dean; his daughters-in-law, Denise and Alyca; his grandsons, Tyler, Nick, Nathan and Luke; his brother Joe; his sister-in-law Shirley "Sis" Jenkins; and his pets, Pup, Kit and Dink. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, Kelvin's wish for his body to be donated to science could not be fulfilled.
