He was predeceased by: his father Russell Leroy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cruz; his former wife Thea M. Ewing; his children, Shane Bolinger (Brittany) and Ciara Bolinger; his grandson Landon Bolinger; his siblings, Russell Bolinger, Jr. of Kentucky, Angela Tallman (Kelly) of Goshen, Rebecca Jimenez (Mark) of Elkhart and Mary Bradshaw of Goshen; his parents-in-law, William Ewing and Rose Ewing of Mishawaka; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Ewing of Plymouth and Don Ewing (Ellen) of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by 3 nephews, 6 nieces and extended family.
