She is survived by: her children, Valerie Berry (Scott), Rebecca Mitchell (Jeff) and Daniel Pankiw (Alisha); her grandchildren, Alyssa Berry, Amanda Berry, Elaine Pankiw, Charles Pankiw, Julia Mitchell, Kaylin Pankiw, Allison Mitchell, Evan Pankiw and Claire Pankiw; her sisters, Christine Vandenburg (Michael) and Melanie Sulok (Victor); and her siblings-in-law, Pam Yocum, Mary Yocum, Christine Lustofin (Andrew) and Ted Pankiw (Arvada).

Memorial contributions in Cynthia's honor may be made to Christ Child Society of South Bend, 2366 Miracle Lane, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
