We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, at the age of 90, Dorothy Arlene Van Voorhis in Mishawaka, Indiana, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Erickson (Fink) and Clarence Erickson; her child Jean Marie Van Voorhis; and her siblings, Shirley Jean Samuleson and Clarence Erickson.

She is survived by: her husband James Van Voorhis; her grandchildren, Richard Donald Van (Sandra), John Eugene Van (Lisa), Mark Alan Van (Ronda), Eric Van Voorhis (Heather), Leslie Van Voorhis, Lindsey Heckman (Eric), Amanda Armstrong (Brett), Andrew Van Voorhis (Rosie Tran), Matthew Van Voorhis (Amanda), Michael Van Voohis (Jenn), Kelly Van Voorhis and Dru Van Voorhis; and her sister Donna Marie Christionsen.
