She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Ellen Parker (David) of Wakarusa, IN, Betty Ann Mast (Donald) of Cynthiana, KY and Pamela Sue Derksen (Kenneth) of Montgomery, TX; her stepgrandson Travis Mast (Whitney) of Benton, IN; and her siblings, Elizabeth Campbell of Portsmouth, OH and Phillip Fugate (Delores) of Dayton, OH..
