Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her parents, Rose Gadacz (Fuzi) and Anthony Gadacz; her husband Clarence J. Zakrzewski; her great grandchild Emma Stevens; and her sister Christine Jablonski.

She is survived by : her children, Diane Szulczyk (James) of Mishawaka, IN, James Zakrzewski (Jan) of New Carlisle, IN and Thomas Zakrzewski of South Bend, IN; and her grandchildren, Jessica Stevens (Lee), Nicole Zakrzewski, Heather Holdeman (Brian), Samantha Dankert, Matthew Zakrzewski of Patrick, Holly Zakrzewski, Ryan Wright Zakrzewski and Stephan Wright Zakrzewski. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (56405 Mayflower Rd, South Bend, IN 46619). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
