She is survived by: her mother Diana Bellinger Middleton (Searfoss); her son Kaiden; her husband Adam; her siblings, Eric (Nicole), Justyn (Brooke) and Gia Bellinger; her grandmothers, Juanita Searfoss and Peggy Bellinger; her siblings' children, Corey and Kayleigh; and her aunts and uncles, Steven Searfoss (Cyndy), Scott Searfoss (Deenee), Karen Andrews (Kenn), Jodi Kalka (Jim) and Barb Wills.
