He is survived by : his close friend Jenny Johnson; his children, James Howard of Spartanburg, SC, Kandi Guerin of Kokomo, Darrell Ray Guerin of South Whitley, Stacey Hale of Fort Wayne and Gina Guerin of Arizona; and his siblings, Sheila Shepherd (Rod) of Roann, Phyllis Vigor of Roann, Debra Born (Henry) of South Whitley, Teresa Galloway (Jim) and Keith Guerin (Mary) of Massey.
