It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Milton B. Lotz of Monticello, Indiana, born in Portland, Indiana, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester "Les" and Lois Lotz (Buckmaster); his wife Ida Pearl Brown; and his siblings, Meredith J. Lotz, Harriett Adair and Lois Jane England.

He is survived by : his children, Teresa A. Shaffer (Brian) of Monticello, Michael V. Lotz (Sarah) of Monticello and Eric W. Lotz of Lafayette; his sister-in-law Helen Rouch (Jack) of Portland, IN; his close friend Donna Carr of Monticello; his grandchildren, Christopher George Manis, Joseph Buckmaster Manis, Scott Dylan Manis, Katie Joan Lotz, Levi Michael Lotz, Tessa Mae Lotz, Lia Marie Lotz and Tanner Zane Lotz; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Ryan Shaffer and Kimberly Ann Shaffer; his great grandchildren, Brailyn Rae Catherine Manis, Arya Jade Hutsell, Elijah Dylan Doughty Manis, Trey Christopher Manis, Calleigh Jo Manis and Brynn Marie Manis; and his friend Rick Forster.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or to Wounded Warriors. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or donors may send contributions directly to the charity of choice listed if more convenient.
