He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Neal (Lester) and Dibrel Neal; and his siblings, Hazel Neal, Dorothy Neal, Norene Guffey, Naomi Pierce, Franklin Neal and Dean Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Neal (Dishman) of Montpelier, IN; his daughters, Teresa Krause (Roger), Connie Engelhart and Janet Chipman; and his sister Creole Barnett (George). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, 2 Step Grandchildren, and 6 Step Great Grandchildren.
