She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Turner and Lucinda Turner (Pettit); her husbands, Doc Blair, Shelby Collins and James McKinney; and her daughter Amber Blair.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwane Blair of Mason, OH and Adrian Collins (Peggy) of Moores Hill, IN; her grandchildren, Scottie Ricketts (Krista) of Lawrenceburg, IN, John, Ashley, Jessica, Shelana and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Grant Amber, Darin, Luke, Eddie, Kyler, Noble, Justin, Naomi, Kimber and Eve; and her great great grandchildren, Emery and Landen.
Due to the current situation dealing with COVID-19, we are following the directives from Governor Holcomb and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concerning large events and mass gatherings.
