Lewis Jr (TJ) and Carina Lewis of Moores Hill; his brothers, Drew Lewis of Bloomington, IN and Bret Lewis of Moores Hill, IN; and his grandparents, Patricia Dirkhising (late Dan) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Harriett Johnson (Elmer) of Aurora, IN and Daniel Dirkhising. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
