He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Caudill and Gladys Madden Caudill; his wife Brenda Trent of Moores Hill; his daughter Deann Dehne of Ohio; his siblings, Johnie Caudill of Milan, Maryann Graf of Sunman, Brenda Bates of Florida, Tina Stenten of Florida and Irene Gray of Milan; and his friend Jack Proctor of Florida.
