He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Merle Kays and Betty Jean Kays (Joyner). He is survived by: his brother Douglas Kays of Rochester; and his nephews, Michael Kays, Stephen Kays (Katie) and Patrick Kays (Samantha).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (39 E High St, Mooresville, IN 46158). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
