She was predeceased by: her father James W Smith. She is survived by: her mother Alma "Sue" Knopf; her spouse Daryl Hamilton; her children, Ricky Hamilton (Christina), Lisa Lykins (Lucas) and Michael Hamilton (Sheila); and her grandchildren, Darien, Katelyn (Andrew), Allison, Markus, Katey, Liviah, Lyric and Maliyah.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Patty's memory to the Mooresville Choir Program to help students with fees for Show choir.
