It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Haapala (Morgantown, Indiana), born in Beech Grove, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O. Meadows and Mary K. Meadows (Sisson); her husband Thomas "Tom" Raymond Haapala; and her sister Charlyn Stroud. She is survived by: her children, Thomas, Holly Ann McCash of Brown County and Dawn Sholders; her grandchildren, Ashley Price, Melanie Rose McCash, Angela B., Emily K. Sholders, Zara Hurst, Stacie Kammerling, Kassie Leigh Rose Haapala and Madison Nicole Haapala; and her great grandchildren, Logan Hart, Aiden, Kira Price, Robin Brimberry, Theodore Sholders, Christiana Remmy and Emma Faulk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
