He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Parrish and Emma Walden Parrish. He is survived by: his spouse Laurelyn Bowser; and his children, Douglas Parrish of Florida, Teresa Parrish (Tracy) of Nashville, Brian Parrish (Christony) of Nashville and Lesa Moore (John) of Florida. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
