He is survived by : his children, Kylie Fultz (Randy Bragg) of Lafayette and Justan Fultz of Mulberry; and his brothers, William "Bill" Fultz (Mary L.) of Frankfort, Jerry Fultz (Mary Lou) of Lafayette and Kenneth Fultz (Alene) of Mulberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
