It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luther Delane Holderfield of Mulberry, Indiana, born in Courtland, Alabama, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Holderfield and Lena Holderfield (Jones); and his siblings, Ernest, Peggy and Sybil.

He is survived by : his significant other Joan C. Best; and his sons, Ricky (Bonnie) of Lafayette, Randy (Mary Deborah) of Santa Rosa, CA and Steve Holderfield of Lafayette. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren.
