Uggen (Muncie, Indiana), born in Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" A. and Vickie J. Uggen of Muncie; his sisters, Jennifer J., Sunni R., Case Young of Hartford City and Christy L. Young; his niece Langley Elizabeth Rose Wulf; and also, James W. "Jim", Orville W., Uggen Jr, Phyllis Ann Brown, Amanda "Punky" Murrell, Kelli A., Yunker Fate and Bill A. Fate. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
