He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen Tenpenny (Maynard); his stepfather Samuel H. Tenpenny, Sr.; his parent Samuel H. Tenpenny, Sr. of Muncie; and his brothers, Samuel H. Tenpenny, Jr. of Muncie, Paul E. Tenpenny of Muncie and Donald D. Tenpenny (Ted) of Muncie.
