He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Rubendall and Ruby I. Rubendall; his former wife DeEtta; and his wife Eleanor. He is survived by: his children, Gary Rubendall (Susan) and Diana Macy (Don); his stepchildren, Ronald Townsend (Fran), Steven Townsend (Jeanne) and Melanie Raz (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Rick Macy (Julie), Paula Owens (Craig), Heidi Crabtree (late Shane) and Dustin Rubendall. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren; and step grandchildren.
