He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilbur Oliver, Sr. and Patricia Joan Oliver (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Johanna Theresa Farrell; his son Cory Lee Oliver; and his siblings, Patricia Sandoe (Gary), Angie Oliver and Joe Oliver (Joan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
