She is survived by: her children, David Lee Cowan, Miss Kitty, Rusty Bucket, Tiffany Mckibben (Sean) and Caitlin Shrack Sr. (Matt); her stepsons, William Cowan (Megan) and Robert Cowan (Patty); her sister Tina Turner (Kevin); and her caregivers, Kamryn, Amy, Lazurus, Christian, Kelsie, Arionna, Taylor and Kay. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
Kay left this world a hero by her selfless gift of organ donation.
